It is listed in detail on the registration page what is included and excluded in the price. Are Taxes and fees are included in the cost.
The price does not include airfare, travel insurance, medical bills, personal purchases, additional excursions or activities not listed on the itinerary. Gratuities are not included in the cost.
To secure a spot for one of our retreats, please complete the reservation form and pay EUR 750 non-refundable deposit.
We accept online credit card payments. The remaining balance can be paid via bank transfer.
Your reservation and deposit payment are requested to fulfil the group deadline requirements.
You also have an option to pay in full immediately.
Once your reservation has been confirmed, you will receive additional information and instruction required for your retreat.
Reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis. A final payment of the remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the start of your retreat. If full payment is not received 30 days prior to the start of the retreat, we have the right to cancel your reservation and accept new applicants.
There are no special requirements for you to join us.
If you’re unsure of your health status, have multiple health problems or are pregnant, speak with your doctor before starting a new exercise program. Working with your doctor ahead of time can help us plan the exercise program that’s right for you.

Our guests come from a large range of age and fitness lifestyles. Prior to your arrival, we will email you a health and lifestyle survey to complete and return before your stay. Our team of experts will review your responses and tailor all activities according to your capabilities. If we have any concerns we will contact you before your stay.
We accommodate guests from the age of 18 up, while most of our guests are 30 plus; we have groups of 60+ as well!
No. You don’t need to have any previous exercising experience. Every level of experience is welcome and all participants will be well looked after.
For general training, the best gym shoes are breathable and provide light support with little to no curve in the sole. This lets you grip the floor with your whole foot, creating better balance in strength and conditioning moves.
Your Fitness Retreat has something for all levels. Don’t stress, all our guides are experienced, professional and attentive. We make sure all our guests are well-equipped and safe at all times.
There are different types of hikes offered ascending from beginner to intermediate. Daily guided hikes and walks generally last two to three hours.
We recommend hiking boots for additional foot support and traction, however, close-toed runners with adequate traction will suffice. Hiking poles are not available.

Overpacking for a fitness retreat happens, so it’s wise to curate your essentials carefully. Here are three things to cross off your packing list:

Workout equipment
Save yourself the luggage space. We will have everything you need onsite.
Bedding
Unless you have a specific therapeutic need for a particular type of bedding or sleep support, no need to bring along pillows, towels or blankets. T
Our retreat is a very casual atmosphere. Relaxed and sporty attire is fine.
Definitely! You will meet likeminded people and make new friends.
You have an option of having your own room, or share a room with another retreat participant of the same sex.

The retreat is located in Soča valley, Slovenia, on the sunny side of Julian Alps.
We will stay at the beautiful farm in Soča Valley.
Absolutely. If you’re vegan, kosher or have any specific dietary needs, our chef can accommodate you.
Please make your needs known to your reservation agent prior to arrival. As an additional precaution, we ask our guests to identify their allergies on a form when they arrive.
Make sure your health insurance plan provides coverage in European Union. We recommend each guest purchase individual travel insurance for their trip. We suggest that you include ‘cancel for any reason’ with your policy.
Your travel insurance must include medical coverage and repatriation.
There are medical centres, dentists and hospitals in the area. We will help you with the appointment.
By accepting this agreement, participant signs that has no physical conditions or medical precautions which would adversely affect her/his ability to take part in the retreat or other activities offered on this Fitness retreat.
Every season and every month presents a different facet of Slovenia to travellers. Summers are hot and mostly dry; Spring months (May and October) are pleasant but can still rain here and there, and can be fresh during the night and early morning.
